SYMPTOMS OF CORONARY HEART DISEASE
Coronary heart disease is the most common and  biggest killer in EUROPE. However, About 1 in 5 men and 1 in 8 women die from it. Here are the few symptoms that may signal heart trouble recently according to research:
1 Pain in the chest: is common when you are having a heart attack. However, it doesn’t always occur.
2 General Body Pain: The pain isn’t confined to the chest. It can be experienced in other areas. Pain can radiate to other parts of the body.Often, It usually starts on the left side but it can begin on the right side, then reach up to the neck and jaw.
3 Pressure: It may be pressure more than pain that you experience. During some heart attacks you feel discomfort, a pressing on your chest, like a rubber band is tightening around you
4 Sickness: It’s not uncommon for people to feel sick or throw up during a heart attack. You may have indigestion like symptoms or stomach pain and general weakness
5 Shortness of Breath and Dizziness: People who feel breathless when they aren’t active may have a pulmonary condition like asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). However breathlessness could also indicate a heart attack.
6 Heart Beating Fast: A rapid or irregular pulse especially when accompanied by weakness, dizziness, or shortness of breath, can be symtopms of a heart attack, heart failure, or an arrhythmia (heart rhythm problem).
7 Anxiety: Some people having survived a heart attack talk about having a feeling of foreboding and anxiety.
8 Sweating: Breaking out in a sweat is a common symptom of a heart attack. Some people are sweating so profusely you can’t fix the ECG monitor stickers to their skin.
9 Tiredness and Weakness: Unusual feelings of tiredness and severe weakness may be experienced in the days leading up to a heart attack.
N.B- According to the British Heart Foundation, women are more likely than men to have unusual fatigue accompanied by indigestion, dizziness or light-headedness which may lead to Coronary Heart disease or Heart attack.
